No. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link are included on every plan at the same rate as a card, so the method that converts best does not cost you more.
No. You are charged only when a payment succeeds. If a smart retry rescues a soft decline, you pay the normal rate once it clears — and nothing for the attempts that did not.
Refunds are free, and when you refund we return the fixed fee too. Chargebacks carry a small network-set fee, which we waive on the Scale plan.
